He is claiming that the materials he received & bragged about don’t actually exist.

I think I have a promising line of defense that upChuck could use. The videos DON’T exist, since they are just a collection of “1”s and “0”s on a disk, or a series of electrons in transmission across a medium. There are no physical files or film, and even a DVD of the videos aren’t the videos, just 1’s and 0’s.

I think he should go the whole “There is no real video, not in the physical sense” defense.
