The issue of the day isn’t the actual poll numbers, however confused and contaminated. The problem is the trendlines. HRC has lost almost half her lead since the post-convention peak. The upshot is that too much is allowed to depend on the ‘debates’ crapshoot.

We can fuck this up, and those of you under 70 will not want to live with the result.

If they keep going in the direction they are, she’ll be at -10% by election day.

We know have a few elections under our belt that show how polls behave. And yes, Clinton could fuck this up, but she doesn’t seem the type of person. Yes, the media is giving Trump way too much freedom, but they did the same to McCain and Romney.

We all know this comes down to voting. Which is why Clinton has about 3 times the paid staffers in states compared to Trump. She also isn’t draining the Democratic party dry, compared to Trump: I can’t copy the image at the link, but the GOP is receiving about half the donations and has about 1/3 as much cash on hand as they did in 2012.
