Furry, what stands out in this NASA-report, to MY eyes, is the ABSENCE of any reference to the X-Project winner, the sub-orbital & re-usable flier made of composites and fantastic, high-thrust new engines?

Its like NASA feels compelled to stick with OLD TECHNOLOGY… despite the proofs, no matter the cost…
