IMHO, the wisecracks about “Allah’s” et certera are in rather poor taste.

I believe people are making fun of the god of Islamic terrorists. If any of the vast majority or Muslims who are peaceful made a comment here, I doubt if any of the people on this thread would make a nasty comment. Maybe some lurkers would.

If somebody said that Jesus Christ would smite people who believed in, say, evolution, I’d probably make a nasty comment. Like, yeah, he’d probably kill somebody who used a salad fork instead of a fish fork. Would that offend rank and file Christians? I don’t think so.
