There you go again, bringing facts to the discussion. Don’t you know that the War of Northern Aggression™ was all about states rights and freedom from over-arching government tyranny, and from the evils of socialism?

Anything icky or uncomfortable like slavery must be ignored. Just admit that Abe Lincoln was a genocidal tyrant on par with Pol Pot or Stalin, and that the states had a right to secede, and that it’s not about slavery at all. Oh, and The South Will Rise Again™.
