First of all she’s not running for anything, so those courtesies don’t apply.

Second, you spew hate, you get hate in return. Ask Ann Coulter.

The courtesies are due to her children, not to her. And they have not themselves spewed hate and should not be insulted for their mother’s misdeeds.
