In a century, movie makers will be driving historians crazy with historical inaccuracies like smart phones in the eighties and rotary phones now.

Rotary phones are still usable. The phone companies _hate_ them but they still support them because of people like my ex mother in law who has three phones in her house and all three are rotary. Now, I agree, they won’t get them in an appropriate context. I’m surprised no one ever did a western where every home had it’s own telegraph station ;) Victorian Internet FTW!!!
