The link is a Constitutional convention. If we modify the Constitution, Republican’s “ideas” will contribute to, and may even dominate, the process.

Of course a US constitutional convention would be a circus, but the question of whether German anti-Nazi censorship is wrong (either in Germany or in a US imitation) remains thought-provoking.

There’s also the issue that SCOTUS can redefine nearly at will what is and isn’t protected expression under the first amendment. It would be an extremely modest level of judicial activism to make literal Nazi talk not protected under the first amendment.
