Besides the inhumanity and immorality of mass murder, what many fanatics forget is how difficult it is to kill on such a mass scale. Hitler severely compromised his war effort by diverting so many resources to the Holocaust. Just a small historical statement.

Actually, one of the many sick features of the Holocaust was just how little effort the Germans had to put out to pull it off.
