*65 yr old man was reportedly (acting aggressive as Charles put it) and/or assaulted the biter/Moveon-affiliated single payer healthcare supporter (according to a 3rd person account of eyewitness/Moveon-affiliated/single payer healthcare supporter) as told by the actual biter.
