Anybody else uncomfortable with this? Understand, I believe that Westboro protestors and their ilk are hideous excuses for humans, but it seems to me they have the right to vomit their shit all over the ground if they want to. I also believe that anyone who punches one of them in the mouth and knocks them to the ground should, at most, be charged with littering.

I’d keep the time restrictions but get rid of the distance provisions. Let them hate where they will, but not when they are deliberately trying to abuse those who have lost a family member.
