Again, this is a tough call. US free speech allows both, but both the execrable Black and Savage aren’t in the US. They’re in the UK, where the free speech laws are different.

It would be nice if all the world had the same respect for free speech that the US does, but that’s simply not the case. They have instead sought to ban their presence, even though one can just as easily obtain what they have to say online. Their physical presence in the UK would actually make it easier to fight their hate speech and inane statements with more statements - shedding light on their racism and anti-Semitism (in Black’s case) and stupidity in Savage’s case. Instead, they’ll slink around the corners and fringes by getting their message spread online.
