Yeah, this. I actually spoke with a recruiter for a contract position, but after answering all his questions in writing and sending all the info he wanted, that was it. I never heard back.

I think that’s the one thing that pisses me off the most. When you’re just ignored and never hear back from a potential employer one way or the other. Rejections are annoying as it is, but never hearing anything at all is worse.
