He did organize the shield and got a whole lot of people to participate. He moved in the direction we hope other people would and, like the Jesus from a religion I don’t follow would say, his works show a lot more than the speeches people like Erick give.

Totally agree. I wouldn’t say that previously espousing a despicable view makes his actions last week any less virtuous. However, just disappointing when someone (especially someone who does something heroic) displays a big genetic marker for insanity like that.
