What I DON’T think will happen is:

President Obama, the CIA and the rest of the Intelligence Community, advancing these allegations without rock-solid evidence. The reputation of the United States and the reputation of the 44th President is at stake.

I think both Obama and the intel guys are going that exact route. To disregard caution on this would backfire horribly.

Obama knows better than to present a half-baked case.
