Are Repubs expected to unironiclly release statements expressing concern over this pardon and middle finger to judiciary or no?

If President Obama did anything similar (I just can’t help saying this) - the GOP in congress would be screaming to the media as to how he hates democracy & his country. Trump does it - they applaud with their silence.
