I hope that is just an ugly rumor.

The only thing I find in a quick search is the Washington Free Beacon claiming Mark Kelly wanted his ex-wife jailed, back in 2020.

The first several pages of a search under “Mark Kelly affair” are all stories about the great love between him and Gabrielle Giffords, and nothing at all about an affair.
