Come on, I have no love of Mr Carter, but he’s not even in the same game —- not even worse than Sam Yorty (Mayor of Los Angeles in the 1960’s).

I think LBJ would be proud of himself for being on the wingnut’s list, and annoyed he was not in the #1 spot.

Lindbergh did wrong by shilling for Germany before WWII, but unlike most of the others you mentioned, he did finally see the truth after the attack on Pearl Harbor. He supported the war effort wholeheartedly, and thus earn so measure of redemption. I’m quibbling, but I don’t think he belongs on such a list.
