Israel. The company is Israeli; the factory is in the West Bank.

And that combination means that Israel is profiteering on the backs of Palestinians even though the company has Palestinian workers, pays them same wages as Israelis, and provides them all the same benefits as Israelis working there.

If Sodastream didn’t employ Palestinians, the same people would complain that the Israelis were discriminating against Palestinians and depriving them the opportunity to work and get ahead.

I was actuality thinking about getting one of those things. Now, I have no idea what to do.

If I don’t buy it, I hate Israel and/or Palestinians. If I do buy it, I hate Isreal and/or Palestinians.
