I have no idea what a Tesla charge station would cost but I would be surprised if it’s very much compared to the overall cost of a major truck fueling/service station. The latter requires a lot of high dollar infrastructure, including underground tanks, a pipe network, pumps, heavy-duty pavement and canopies, etc. Adding a charge station in return for a contract with a sizable carrier could be an attractive proposition.
