Laura has some personal issues, I believe. Employing her would probably be an HR nightmare. She’s the one who had a very, very old tire have a sidewall blow out and tried to blame it on vandalism. She’s be the constant drama queen on the staff, stirring up trouble when things don’t go her way.

Kinda like when the Fox affiliate in Vegas tried to hire her last year which went as badly as you would expect.
