5:18 PM PT: If you’re watching live results, you’ll see that Rick Scott has taken a narrow lead against Charlie Crist in Florida. Don’t panic. The panhandle is starting to come in, while Miami-Dade is under-rporting (less than 1 percent reporting). Scott is still underperforming his 2010 numbers.
