Last night Trump filed three motions to dismiss in the D.C. case, and a fourth motion to strike references to the J6 attack on the Capitol he incited. I’m confident all 4 motions will be denied.

Translation: His lawyers arguing the legal theory that Donald J. Trump is simultaneously too important to politics to put on trial and too unimportant in light of other federal crimes to put on trial for the worst attack on American democracy in modern history.
