Any developments re: your computer?

I am 99% sure that my main problem is an old PC with limited memory.

I want to talk to my IT guy at work and see what he thinks. If I’m right, I am leaning towards the i7 machines, since they seem to be the top of the line.

Is Windows 7 an improvement over what came before? That seems to be what they are selling these days.
