The language in the bill provides that DADT wouldn’t be repealed until 60 days after the review is complete

looks as if they just want to wait till the review is complete, as it should be imho

What is to review?
The policy is so obviously wrong.
Enough with Pentagon rope-a-dope. Repeal it.
