In a just world, Alex Jones would have peaked when he had a local cable access TV show here in Austin.

I remember when I lived near Olympia WA… The local Cable Access channel had a show called “The Funny Guy”. Every week he would just go through the newspaper finding odd stories, ads that were funny, like the grocery store with “Fresh corn, 10 ears for a dollar” right next to “Toilet Paper, 24 roll pack”. It’s hard to describe, but it really was funny.

I saw him once, he was in line at McDonalds next to me. Just said “Enjoy your show”, he said “Thanks”. My brush with fame was a local Cable Access Show Guy.
