re: #128 Targetpractice
I want to reiterate something I said months back during the lead-up and trial of Zimmerman: My attitude was based upon my interpretation of the law and the evidence as presented, not a personal belief that Zimmerman was innocent. I continue to maintain that, had the prosecution and LEO acted in a competent fashion, a conviction on at least a second-degree charge would have been possible.
That is exactly the issue with the Ferguson PD. They seemed to do everything possible to ensure that any evidence or testimony that reached a jury would be incomplete or tainted.
