I don’t know if you can get Cowgirl Creamery cheese wherever you are-but their Mt. Tam triple cream is To. Die. For. Fortunately it is expensive enough not to be an everyday thing.

What I bought wasn’t cheap, but no, they didn’t have Cowgirl. I’ve had it and yes, it is worth it.
