Hm. Octopussy is a strong contender. NSNA did have the advantages of 1) the delectable Barbara Carrera, and 2) the wonder of Felix transforming from a somewhat dumpy, late 40-ish white guy in the previous film, to a tall, lean, mid-30ish black man. A master of disguise, that Felix!
