Yes, they are. It’s straight out of Stormfront/Neo-Nazi propaganda. The role of white people is to out-breed everyone else to maintain racial and cultural superiority over the “lesser” races.

LGBT whites, infertile whites, and those that are childless by choice are even worse in their eyes, since they aren’t contributing to the gene pool.
