Dumb-ass of the day. Real estate tycoon buys a townhouse and gives his mistress a 40 year lease for $1 a month. Then he puts the property under the control of a corporation (I guess for liability purposes) but his wife is the property manager. Mrs finds out there is a property only getting $1 a month rent, checks it out and finds the mistress. Fun fun fun.
