Nebraska Judge Stops TransCanada from Using Eminent Domain for Keystone XL

I’m sure the RWNJs are wandering in circles right now… they hate the idea of eminent domain, (as do I, when it’s used for anything less that a demonstrable public good), but it’s Keystone, so it’s good. I’m sure they will get their marching orders soon, but for now I’ll just sit and smirk. The fact that it’s a foreign company that is using eminent domain has got to factor into this also.
