Does anyone know why nobody’s playing Charles in the Redford movie “Truth”? I don’t see anyone credited as playing him.

Because the people who exposed Rather’s fraud are just faceless right wing demons in the film. People with no names, who don’t matter. Dan Rather and Mary Mapes are portrayed as misunderstood heroes, courageous journalists unfairly brought down by a right wing lynch mob.
