Seriously? Did they not know that a goddamn hurricane was coming?

It’s not like an earthquake (a common enough natural disaster for those of us who are from the Pacific Coast) which can strike without warning.

As it has been talked about, not everyone can afford to. It takes money, it takes having transportation, it takes having a place to go to, and the time to leave.
