I’m trying to come up with a good, feminine sounding version of “Honcho.” Etymology seems to be Japanese origin, so “Honcha” is out of the question.

Honchette sounds like something in a 50’s model tract home.

Honcharina?

Honchamama?

I’m looking for a title that makes me sound like I can plot to take over the world while still looking attractive. I’m not sickening, but I am disturbing. :) ;)
