It’s still bad, but you can’t fault the hospital too much. They can’t risk a lawsuit, but the real villain is Medicaid for canceling her policy after she signed up for another government program.

The bitterly funny part, of course, is that the same pundits who insisted that no one ever died for lack of good health care in this country will now be tracking those deaths and blaming them on Obama’s healthcare bill.
