Yes, but “using the media to your advantage” isn’t a bad thing in and of itself. Spewing inflammatory lies that incite people to attack others with knives is far beyond “using the media to your advantage”: It’s what has been called “Stochastic Terrorism”. Abbas told lies knowing those lies would trigger attacks in which people would die. That makes him a murderer in my eyes.

Like the GOP spreading lies about Planned Parenthood that will incite attacks against it?
