I haven’t been back since 1995, but I still do it. With State Highways, too.

Last time I was there, I drove my mom to the LA airport. The traffic was bumper to bumper. She said, ‘Oh, we should have left a little earlier.’ We had departed at 3 AM.

Traffic’s not as bad here. There are some times when simply leaving 10 minutes later gets you there a lot faster. Mrs. FBW and I joke that you could have gotten there sooner if you’d left a little later.
