I propose a compromise.

Take all the money for the Palis and all the money for the VA and put it in a trust.

Now we take all the Veterans and all the Palis and let them fight it out and whoever wins, gets the whole thing.

Great idea. We also get rid of a bunch of terrorists in the process.
Unless we let the 0 set the rules of engagement.
