That’s despite the video showing Rice doing nothing other than playing in a park and cops riding right up to Rice and within moments gunning Rice down without so much as assessing the scene. No one could possibly have survived that encounter the way the cops played it. No one would have a chance to react and respond to cops directions when they opened fire the moment they left the car.

At $6M apiece, I guess black lives do matter.

One would think someone would point out to the deficit hawks/budget obsessives that even if they don’t care about basic human decency or respect for minority lives, maybe letting cops kill unarmed black people for no good reason is also a cash flow problem.
