Illinois Republican Governors are crooks. They’re not the psychopaths that the South puts in office.

to be fair, Illinois Democratic Governors are also crooks. It’s just a general rule of thumb, Illinois Governors are crooks.

(and not, mutter-under-your-breath-about-it crooks. They get convicted, and sentenced, like proper crooks.)
