Fuck @jack. TOS violations of this magnitude scream out ban hammer. Timeouts don’t cut it with these guys.

UPDATE: superseded by events - Twitter indicates it’s a permanent ban. Too little too late. The fucker did his damage. It took a real world event to get Twitter to act, when everyone was warning him of his online behavior.
