Classic— and predictable— case of Republican misdirection. I knew someone would make this claim.
The perjury only came about as the result of an extended witch-hunt digging into everything possible on Clinton — real estate deals, phony sexual harassment charges, everything.

They finally hit paydirt when they found some bint willing to tape a girl who’d given the Clenis a blowjob.

And now the claim is all “It’s the perjury! the perjury!” Bullshit. Lying about a blowjob? A lot of people have done that.

BTW, my point still stands about Iran-Contra and Watergate. You can’t pretend that Dems always get a pass and Repubs never do.

If he’d lied to the press, that would be one thing. Lying under oath is quite another. I’ll also remind you that it was Janet Reno who handed the prejury issue to Ken Starr. Judge Starr did not ask for it.
