I didn’t say the president hates America, putting words in my mouth is insecure of you, speak for yourself…Holder works for BO…and why are the tribunals at Gitmo insufficient for these trials?…why the double standard in venues?…are you sure this is Constitutional?

Well here’s one possibility. This gives us the most bites at the Apple.

He gets tried in Federal Court on terrorism trials for 9/11.

If that fails, he gets tried again in a military tribunal for war crimes.

If that fails then he gets held indefinitely as a POW during ongoing conflict - which according to him doesn’t end until the United States is destroyed - so he’s locked up forever.

I suspect if you do it in any other order you might not keep all those options on the table. Just one idea.
