Think of it this way. Starett City was a working class neighborhood where lower and middle class folks could live. That’s where Trump Sr made his money.

Junior decided to go “luxury” and the reality is that he’s lost money doing it every step of the way, despite giving airs of being a successful businessman. Trump Tower isn’t generating revenues the way you’d think, nor are any of his other properties. But he still manages to funnel everything to himself personally so it looks like he’s filthy rich, when he’s just filthy.
