They are also asking to lift the ban on doing business with any bank that is registered in NY (which is most every major bank) because that is making it difficult to obtain a bond (which he ostensibly does not need because his vaults hold uncounted wealth)

I read that got lifted yesterday. So he’s not barred from asking banks that do business in NY to loan him a half billion dollars. The hard part now is finding one willing to take the risk…in 27 days.
