The Paulian Troll was not arrested, he was simply kicked out. And he should have been booted. His sign was a clear signal that the man had come to defame, not debate. Someone who insists on holding up a sign like that wants to start a fight. Excluding him is akin to excluding someone who has a tendancy to scream “Fire!” in crowded places.
