We’re still living in a country where a powerful man can be prosecuted. Yay.

Not quite yet, its his business that has been found guilty. But the walls are closing in on Trump himself, which is probably the primary reason he is running for President. If indicted, he will argue that a trial will have to be delayed until after his presidential run is over, and of course if he is elected he will never face consequences for his crimes.
