Just talked to my son, who will turn 55 next Fri, and I was going to give him a cooler on wheels for his bd (he thinks beer should be put nowhere but on ice), but he wants a toaster instead (his just went kaput) since he has the same cooler I was going to give him. Usually he doesn’t want anything, but I always insist on a little something.

I’ve heard of mothers getting toasters and other household appliances (which used to tick me off), but your kid asking for one? : )

Hey…. give a son a toaster, and he can make toast for breakfast.
