It’s sort of the flip side of the coin for right leaning libertarians - they’re economically on the right but could give a flying fuck about social conservativism. Makes me wonder how many people prioritize economic issues over social issues (and vice versa) when voting.

Be careful: GOP types of the Rick Santorum variety are convinced that America’s economic decline is related to its decline in morals, as exemplified by children born out of wedlock and raised by single parents, along with acceptance of gay and alternative lifestyles.
